When the daily production capacity of oilseeds exceeds 20 tons, it is more efficient to use the extraction method to extract edible oil. After being processed by edible oil pretreatment equipment and edible oil pre-pressing equipment, oilseeds can be used to obtain edible oil and oilseed cake. Crude oil contains a variety of impurities and needs to be further refined using edible oil refining equipment. Refining equipment removes phospholipids, free fatty acids, pigments and odor substances from crude oil through processes such as degumming, deacidification, decolorization and deodorization, thereby improving the quality and stability of the oil and making it meet edible standards.
The oilseed cake needs to be transported to the extraction workshop and extracted using edible oil solvent extraction equipment. The extraction equipment uses the oil solubility principle and solvents to extract the remaining edible oil from the cake. After extraction, the residual oil rate in the oil cake is less than 1%, which greatly improves the oil yield of oilseeds, allowing vegetable oil producers to squeeze out more oil, thereby increasing profitability and revenue.
