The extraction method of oil making is to use a solvent that can dissolve oil to extract the oil in the embryo through the effects of wetting penetration, molecular diffusion and convection diffusion, and then separate the mixed oil composed of solvent and fat, recover the solvent to obtain crude oil. Similarly, the solvent in the cake should also be recovered to obtain extracted cake.
Horizontal rotary extractor: Use solvent (n-hexane) to soak and spray the pre-pressed or pre-treated cake. Through soaking, it is dissolved in the solvent to form mixed oil ; after passing through the extractor, wet cake and mixed oil can be obtained.
DTDC degassing machine: used to dry and evaporate the wet meal after leaching, and separate the solvent in the wet meal after heating, desolventizing, drying and cooling.
Mixed oil evaporator: The mixed oil is pumped into the mixed oil tank and allowed to settle . After passing through the first evaporator and the second evaporator, the residual solvent in the mixed oil is evaporated by steam at high temperature, and the solvent and crude oil in the mixed oil are separated.
Stripping tower: More than 90% of the oil in the mixed oil after the first two evaporators has been removed . In the stripping tower, direct steam is introduced into the mixed oil to further vaporize and separate the trace solvent remaining in the mixed oil, and the quality of the crude oil meets national standards.
Condenser: used to cool and condense the solvent vaporized from the evaporator and stripping tower into liquid solvent for solvent recovery and reuse. The condensers in the leaching workshop include horizontal condensers and vertical condensers, which can be customized according to customer requirements.
