flaking machine is a process that uses mechanical principles to make oil particles into thin flakes. The flaking machine can destroy the cell tissue of the oil, create good cooking conditions, and effectively improve the oil output of the oil press by increasing the surface area of the material.
Different oils and different oil-making processes require different billet thicknesses. Billets with high oil content should be thicker, billets with low oil content should be thinner, billets using direct leaching processes should be thinner, and billets using pre-pressing leaching or puffing leaching processes can be thicker. Required rolling thickness: less than 0.3mm for soybeans, less than 0.4mm for cottonseeds, less than 0.35mm for rapeseeds, and less than 0.5mm for peanut kernels.
1. Improve oil yield: The flaky structure makes it easier to produce oil and reduce the residual oil rate.
2. Optimize leaching/pressing efficiency: The thin sheets shorten the solvent penetration or pressure transfer path and improve production efficiency.
3. Energy saving and consumption reduction: even slicing, reducing energy consumption during steaming and frying, and reducing equipment wear.
It is suitable for squeezing soybean, peanut, rapeseed, sunflower seed, castor seed, corn germ, palm kernel, rice bran, sesame, shea butter, coconut, flax seed, walnut, safflower seed and other oils into flakes in the pre-treatment workshop.
