Processing Solution
The process configuration for this project was developed based on soybean raw material characteristics, production scale and product requirements.
Process flow:
Soybean Cleaning → Crushing → Conditioning → Drying → Solvent Extraction → Solvent Recovery → Crude Soybean Oil → Degumming → Deacidification → Decolorization → Deodorization → Refined Soybean Oil
The pretreatment section cleans, crushes, conditions and dries soybeans to create suitable conditions for subsequent extraction. The continuous solvent extraction system extracts oil from the pretreated material, while the solvent recovery system recovers and reuses the solvent. The 30 TPD continuous refining system further processes crude soybean oil through degumming, deacidification, bleaching and deodorization.
